The Fine Print
Booking. Private Rides are booked outside of our regular schedule. Typically, the most popular time slots are Friday evenings, or at 1pm on Saturdays or Sundays. Please note that Private Rides must be booked with a minimum of two weeks notice prior to your ideal date, and depend on Motivator availability.
Cost. The cost of a Private Ride, plus applicable taxes, to be paid in full by the organizer at the time of booking using a credit card is:
Up to 10 people = $35 per person
11 to 19 people = $30 per person
20 to 25 people = $25 per person
26 to 30 people = $20 per person
Add on an additional Motivator and make it a Team Teach = $75
Guests. Bring up to 30 guests for your exclusive event. This class will be scheduled as “Private” in our system and will not be open to the public for booking. Organizers are required to email a complete list of attendees at least 48 hours in advance of the ride. All guests must create an account if they do not have one already so that our Club Controller can add them to the Private Ride.
Extras. We love a good party! We will set up a table for refreshments, and chill towels for your post-ride cool down. Let us know how we can make your event special and unique to you.
