At Hype Cycle Club, our Motivators are much more than just fitness professionals – they are your personal cheerleaders, your guides to self-discovery, and your partners in celebrating every victory, big or small. Each member of our team brings their unique energy, story, and passion for empowering others to every class.

Our Motivators come from diverse backgrounds and have faced their own challenges with confidence and self-esteem.

They share their journeys not only to inspire, but to connect with you on a deeper level, understanding the path you are on. They are trained not just in fitness, but in creating an environment where every rider feels seen, valued, and motivated.

Whether you are stepping into the studio for the first time or are a seasoned rider, our team is here to guide you through a transformative experience. With their infectious enthusiasm, expert coaching, and carefully crafted playlists, they will help you find your rhythm, both on and off the bike.

CLASS VIBE: The HYPE Co-Creator and Artistic Director knows how to bring the HEAT!

Expect spicy long sprints and energizing choreo combos that melt together with rejuvenating musical beats to create a concert-like experience that inspires you to push past your limits.

Catch Jess on the mat for Soul Flow and Core, an exhilarating Vinyasa Yoga-inspired workout with a high-energy core twist. Designer for the high-vibe fitness lover looking to evolve their overall wellness.

CLASS VIBE: Melissa’s vibe is high energy EDM, hip hop, and pop remixes. With a background in competitive soccer and marathon running, you can expect her to get your heart pumping. She is a natural leader and role model who co-created HYPE. Melissa's unique ability to bring out the best in people will leave you feeling excited, confident, and ready to make your next move. 

MUSIC VIBES: House Mashups, Rap & EDM. 

FAVOURITE THINGS: Her kids, Aubrey and Maddox, and her husband Jordan. Travelling to new ( and old) places, any type of coffee, animals ranging from dogs and cats to orcas and a long run to clear her mind.

CLASS VIBE: Joy is a vibrant, energetic and motivational instructor that loves choreography and a good beat drop. Her passion for life and wellness is showcased in everything she does. Joy loves current EDM music and a good throwback remix. 

MUSIC VIBE: EDM, fresh music, throw back remixes, Griz and John Summit.

FAVOURITE THINGS: Fun times with friends, adventures with her family, French fries, binge-watching love island and all things in the world of hairdressing!

CLASS VIBE: Kat brings her infectious passion for movement, motivation and making moments count to HCC. As a former professional dancer and competitive athlete, her classes fuse together the importance of body, mind and soul work while leaning into big beats and heavy hills. Alongside an eclectic playlist, expect to dig deep, laugh lots and leave feeling unstoppable.

MUSIC VIBE: Eclectic - anything goes! EDM, Big Room House, a sprinkle of Latin and a side of Hip Hop.

FAVOURITE THINGS: A good book, a long run, everything nature, Mom's pierogies, creative expression, hikes with her hubby and dog Cedar, authenticity, snowboarding and firsts!

CLASS VIBE: Jen comes to HCC with 25+ years of experience in the dance & fitness industry. Her dance background gives her fitness classes an authentic, diverse & technical approach. Her ability to coach a safe & effective class is her expertise.  Jen's positive attitude is contagious and her passionate personality will deliver a motivational & inspiring experience that will leave you feeling jazzed!

CLASS VIBE: Nicole delivers a high-energy exciting ride that will set your soul on fire. She rides to the beat of old-school rap, bass-pumping EDM, with a touch of old-school rock. Nicole is relentless in her game and wants to see everyone tap into their true potential as they get their sweat on!

MUSIC VIBE: EDM, anything with a good bass drop, hip hop & a bit of rock.

FAVOURITE THINGS: HUGE family gal! Nicole is obsessed with her husband & fur baby Nipsey. She loves a good long run, is an avid reader and lusts for sandy white beaches.

CLASS VIBE: Angie is beyond thrilled to be part of the HYPE team. With her extensive dance background and years of group fitness, she is bound to get you movin’ and groovin’ to the beat. Bringing a unique intensity with her energetic approach, she cannot wait to create heart pumping, sweat flowing classes that will leave you with a smile on your face and a happy heart. Look for a variety of motivating, feel-good beats in her classes.

MUSIC VIBE: Heart-Pumpin', Feel Good, Mix-Ups, Mash-Ups and Remixes, with a few OG's.

FAVOURITE THINGS: Kitchen dance parties, great food, adventures with her family, and barre classes. Motivating people to work hard and seeing people show up and take care of themselves. Time in the sun and good vibes.

CLASS VIBE: A dynamic and energetic spin instructor with a passion for pushing limits and creating unforgettable experiences through music. With a background in personal training, group fitness, and a love for rhythm, Laura combines heart-pumping beats with challenging and creative rides that leave riders feeling confident and invigorated.

MUSIC VIBE: Expect the unexpected! A little mainstream, a touch of pop, a pinch modern country and bit of throwback remixes. Expect a heavy EDM presence to bring the house down.

FAVOURITE THINGS: Long walks on a beach will always be Laura’s favourite, dark chocolate, Warm and cozy PJs, ALL things avocado, and all her babies (Including the furry ones).

CLASS VIBE: Megan brings her outgoing personality and dynamic energy to the HYPE stage. With a background in competitive dance and a passion for fitness, she loves to hit the beat with exciting choreography combos. Her classes include a variety of upbeat music across different genres, with lots of pop remixes and Rihanna.

MUSIC VIBE: EDM with hip hip, pop remixes, and anything with a good beat.

FAVOURITE THINGS: All kinds of dance her favourite being Street Jazz and Heels, coffee walk dates with friends, snowboarding, and any sweet treat.

CLASS VIBE: Selena is all about high-energy vibes & heavy-hitting movements. Her classes are designed to challenge your limits, helping you conquer new goals and intensities. Her enthusiasm, sassy humour and passion will leave you feeling empowered & ready to conquer anything.

MUSIC VIBE: Dubstep, trap, hip hop, kpop & anything with a nasty drop.

FAVOURITE THINGS: Anything earl grey, family & friends, her dog Mochi, parallel parking perfectly without adjusting, all types of caffeine, travelling, trying new foods & dad jokes.

CLASS VIBE: Rosie brings over a decade of experience in teaching and training students in yoga. Drawing from her extensive background in health and medicine, her teaching style is uniquely informed. She cultivates an inclusive environment suitable for individuals of all skill levels, fostering growth in strength, flexibility, and the fundamental connection between mind and body. Brace yourself for an invigorating and dynamic yoga session where laughter, exertion, and relaxation intertwine seamlessly.

MUSIC VIBE: Chill beats, Old-school hip hop and a little country- I love it all! 

FAVOURITE THINGS: TRAVEL! Family, friends and my Golden boy Mozart!

CLASS VIBE: Kim's peaceful persona allows you to rejuvenate your energy, clear your mind, and relax on your mat as you connect to your body. With a combination of deliberate postures, synchronized breathing, and mindful relaxation Kim takes you on a wellness journey that restores, de-stresses and refuels your body and mind allowing you to build strength and inner peace.

MUSIC VIBE: Instrumental, chill, peaceful, new-age acoustics!

FAVOURITE THINGS: I love being out and about! Whether it's exploring nature, adventuring with my dog Moana, or spending quality time with my family, friends, and partner, I'm always up for a challenge or a good chill book date. Veggies and fruits are my go-to, and quality time is my love language—so the longer we spend together, the deeper the connection!
