We created HYPE to inspire, motivate, and empower you. Our top-of-the-line Stages bikes create a powerful smooth ride that’s perfect for party choreography. Our signature Yoga series was designed to challenge you both mentally and physically allowing you to step into the most confident version of you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
ARRIVAL: EARLY is the new on time. Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your first class to allow our team to get you set up. Please note the 15 minute arrival time is non-negotiable for new participants. If our team feels we do not have adequate time to walk you through bike/ mat set up and class safety details you will not be able to attend class and your class will be redeemed in full.
HYDRATION: Bring your own bottle or enjoy a variety of bottled juices, energy, and protein drinks.
EATS: Enjoy a range of healthy protein snacks, and bars, to help you refuel post-class.

The only person you need to focus on in our classes is you! We want all of our members to feel comfortable and do what’s best for their bodies. There is absolutely no expectation for you to follow the choreography, this is your journey!

No! Our highly educated team designed our HYPE Signature classes to empower, strengthen and evolve every fitness level and every body type. You absolutely do not need to master every move on day one or ever! Have fun, try new things and be kind to yourself.

Our cycling classes are designed for all fitness levels as the rider controls their level of intensity by adjusting the bike resistance and pedal speed. We recommend new riders choose bikes in the second or third row so they can follow more experienced riders seated in front of them. Your class experience is all about you! Go with the flow, have fun, and try to not take anything too seriously. Slow down to catch your breath, reduce your tension, and take water breaks as you need them. Remember every rider was once a beginner too.
Our signature Yoga series and exclusive TBC (The Barre Class) was crafted to be an intimate setting with up to 18 participants, allowing you to progress quickly with the guidance of our HCC Motivators. These classes were created with all fitness levels in mind.

Our Signature 50 class series, Yoga Soul Flow & Core and TBC classes all use weights and resistance training as a tool to evolve you.

We focus on strengthening your core all class long! On the bike, we instruct our riders to focus on firing their core and improving their strength and balance. We will also throw in a couple of “bike crunches” to keep your abs engaged.

We want all our riders to experience our classes in the way that suits them best. We ask if you choose to ride in your own style please select a bike in the back row as to not disturb your fellow riders or the flow of the class.

Yes please do! We ask that you turn your watch on to theatre mode to not disrupt your fellow riders.

No, only a water bottle and towel is allowed inside the cardio theatre. This is your time to focus on you!
Your phone can be stored in the studio’s cubbies along, with any other personal items you bring in with you.

Yes, please bring your own mat or you can purchase one of our lululemon mats from our retail section.

Riders need to be 13 years or older. All riders under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian's signature.

1. Download the HYPE app and create an account.
2. Purchase and book your classes via the Hype app. Class booking opens every Sunday at 1:00 pm for the week.
3. Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first class. Check-in at our front desk and our team will assist you with your waiver, cleats, and class setup.

You bet we do! We provide complimentary SPD cycling shoes that clip directly into your bike.
Have your own? Our bikes are SPD cleats compatible.

We provide cubbies for you to leave your belongings in. We also have a coat closet where you can store your jackets. We suggest you do not bring your valuables. Please note, other than a water bottle and towel no other belongings can be brought into the cardio theatre. Please note, we are not liable for stolen, missing, or damaged items.

Yes! We sell a variety of bottled juices, protein drinks, and bars to keep you energized pre and post class.

New riders are asked to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to allow our team to set you up with a waiver, cleats, and your bike setup.
Experienced members are asked to arrive no later than 5 minutes before class starts.

All HCC classes start on time. Riders that arrive less than 5 minutes before class will not be allowed into the cardio theatre and your ride will be redeemed in full . Please note first-time riders are required to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before class.

Evening classes can be cancelled a minimum of 8 hours before a session to avoid a cancellation fee.
All morning and weekend classes must be cancelled by 8 pm the evening before to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are a loss of class credit or a $25 class fee (Limitless members only).
If you are unable to attend a class please be courteous of your fellow members and cancel your class ASAP. This allows members on our waitlist to have a chance to attend class.
